Seattle

We took the girls on their 1st plane ride last week up to Seattle to attend Aunt China's graduation from Lakeside. They did extremely well on the plane and had so much fun meeting all of their family and friends up in Seattle.

Home

It's been so great having the girls home. The last 3 1/2 weeks have flown by and have been full of 1st's. They're such good girls and it's been so much fun getting to know them. Hopefully we'll be able to tell them apart someday soon :)

NICU

Because the girls were born 9 weeks early, they had to spend a considerable amount of time in the NICU. Thankfully they did incredibly well and consistently progressed without any significant set backs. It was a long haul, however, we are so thankful for the amazing doctors and nurses in the NICU for taking such wonderful care of our girls and for teaching this first time mother so much!

Rewind

Since I'm starting this blog two months after the birth of the girls, I'm going to rewind to their birthday!

After spending 3 long weeks in the hospital on bed rest the girls were born 9 weeks early.

Anxiously waiting to be wheeled up to surgery.

our blog

I've always wanted to write a blog and until now have never had a good reason to do so. Now that the girls are home and settled in I can finally begin! I hope this blog becomes a fun way for all of our family and friends to be a part of the girls lives and share in this new adventure with us.
